This lovely two bedroom apartment has been furnished and decorated with comfort and simplicity in mind to provide the ideal holiday accommodation where you just arrive with your suitcase and settle in. The accommodation includes a spacious and comfortable lounge dining room which has satellite TV in a variety of languages, a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom, family bathroom, and an independent fully fitted kitchen. From the lounge you walk onto the large terrace area which is ideal for escaping the afternoon sun or al fresco dining in the evenings. The development has a large swimming pool and a smaller one for children and an additional heated pool. The apartment is fully air conditioned and comes with a designated underground parking space which is particularly useful in the height of summer.
(There is a sofa bed in the lounge that can sleep two more people for an additional payment of EUR 75.00 per week)

It is within fifteen minutes walk of Puerto Banus making it ideal for accessing the beaches close to the marina and the nightlife of the area itself. Immediately outside the development are a number of bars and restaurants and the golf courses of Nueva Andalucia such as Las Brisas, Los Naranjos, and La Quinta which are a short drive away.

Price Notes:
A cot and high chair are available for 50 Euros for up to two weeks hire. There is an extra out of hours meet and greet charge f 30 Euros when arriving after 9pm which increases to 50 euros for arrivals after midnight and before 8am.

Payment and Booking Terms
A 30% deposit is payable within seven days of booking. The balance is then payable six weeks prior to arrial or in Euros cash on arrival or by credit card on arrival (subject to a 1.5% bank charge). The refundable security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card (or by arrangement prior to arrival) and is returned to the same credit card within seven days of departure.
