This apartment is perfect for both keen golf enthusiasts and also for those looking for a quiet relaxing getaway holiday in relaxed surroundings. The apartment is located in a five star hotel called “Hotel del Golf” which is situated in the centre of probably the busiest golfing area on the Costa del Sol. You do not have to be a golf enthusiast to enjoy the good quality surroundings and facilities that this brings. The hotel provides you with a heated pool with plenty of sun loungers and magnificent views out across the golf courses from the pool area. It is a very quiet and relaxing place to stop and get away from it all in fact our quests have often remarked that staying here makes you feel that little bit special. It is furnished in a modern style to a high standard. It is full air conditioned. You will find everything that you may want during your holiday. There is a terrace which leads out onto the grassed area which allows you to easily spread out from the apartment. The lounge also provides a sofa-bed which can be made up to allow up to a maximum of four people to stay. The apartment offers excellent value for money. It is a new property on our books and we believe it will become popular with people wanting to return year after year.

Location
This luxury apartment is located within the “Real Club de Golf Las Brisas” in Marbella. Many of the facilities that you normally expect to pay for are available with the club at no cost. There is a large heated outdoor swimming pool surrounded by many pretty flowers, palm trees and Mediterranean plants. Right next to the apartment is the very well known “Los Naranjos” golf course and the “Los Granados” course.
Puerto Banus is just ten minutes away by taxi and provides a wide selection of bars and busy restaurants for you to enjoy . . .should you wish. Marbella old town also offers many boutique shops and pretty walks though the small cobbled streets. There is a second sports marina here and a lovely promenade along the sea front. The beaches are all excellent and kept very clean.

30% deposit payable within seven days is required to secure the apartment. The final 70% is payable together with the refundable 100 GBP /140 Euros security deposit which is returned within 14 days providing there is no damage to the property.
