This villa provides everything you need for a relaxing holiday on the Costa del Sol. It is nice and quiet with stunning views out to the mountains and over the lake out the sea. There are plenty of sunny terraces around the house. There is a good seating area from where you have fantastic views of La Concha mountain, a lake, the valley and the sea beyond. All the rooms are spacious and air conditioned and most of the bedrooms have their own private access either out onto the various terraces on the upper floor or into the gardens. On the ground and lower floors. The lounge provides Sky TV with extra TV upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped. The gardens are well established with plenty of Mediterranean plants. The gardens are on two levels. You will find a sauna on the lower level. The pool is a good size and is just next to the poolside. There are plenty of private areas in the garden where you are not at all overlooked. The urbanization is gated with security cameras.

This lovely villa is located on the well maintained urbanisation of Las Lomas de Nueva Andalucia just 6 KM from the beaches and bars of Puerto Banús. The urbanization is located on a raised area on the hills beyond Aloha and Las Brisas and commands breathtaking views or the surrounding areas. The urbanization has been around for a few years and is well established and known in the area. The villa is an excellent place for a large family or a group of friends who want peace and quiet without being too far away from everything. You can easily drive to Puerto Banús within ten minutes. A taxi is normally about 8 Euros to the port.
