The pool is about 10 metres long and is heated. In the basement there is table tennis also provided together with secure garage parking. This villa is new to the rental market this summer and has been priced low for it's first year. Early booking is recommended as we believe it will book quickly due to it's loccation, quality & size.

Location
The villa is located on a very quiet, private road near to the "El Picadero" restaurant and faces the Las Brisas golf course. The villa has excellent road links, as it is about 5.5 Km inland from the famous marina of Puerto Banus. There are no shops or restaurants that you can really walk to as you would need a car. Having said that, it is only a few minutes drive to most places.
