Modern holiday apartment, secure (gated community), two and a half bedroom/2 bathroom apartment very close to the harbour front of Puerto Banus in Alcazaba Gardens, with very large private roof terrace and full air conditioning.
The apartment has two bedrooms (one double and one twin) and an extra single bedroom accessed from the roof terrace, with two full bathrooms plus a cloakroom). There is also a very large private roof terrace with views out to sea which is accessed by steps from the interior of the apartment. The main bedroom has access to the balcony.
The lounge area has plenty of comfortable seating with LCD television. A dining room table and 6 chairs is located just next to the kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod-cons and also there is a separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble drier.
There is a sofa bed in the apartment that can be made up to sleep an extra person. Please add EURO 100.00 per week per person for groups of five or more.
