This one bed apartment is ideal for those looking to be in the centre of it all, whilst staying in a nice quiet area. The apartment has one double bedroom, a large lounge with dining area, a fully equiped kitchen and sperate bathroom off the hallway (with extra room off it for the WC and bidet) The lounge has a sofabed which allows the apartment to sleep up to four persons. (extra supplement required when more than two people are staying) There is air conditioning in the lounge and a slection of TV provided by the community in many languages including English, Spanish, French and German. The apartment comes with secure underground parking which is accessed via a remote control. The views from the lounge are of the building opposite with some nice planting below. This apartment offers value for money in a good location.

Location
This apartment is located in the centre of Puerto Banus. It is within very easy walking of the beach, the busy bars and restaurants of Puerto Banus and of course the shopping centres. You do not need a car when staying here. The urbanisation has the most amazing park-like gardens for your use. Through this communal area you have keys to exit the urbanisation directly to the beach, the bars, the shops etc. There is a good restaurant/bar in the centre of the grounds. There are waterfalls, fountains, fish ponds, three large pools and plenty of sun beds all available for your use.

Payment and Booking Terms
A 30% non-deposit is required within seven days of booking. The balance is then payable on arrival in Euros cash or by credit card (subject to 1.5% bank charge). A refundable security deposit of 200 Euros is required on arrival by credit card and is returned to the same credit card in full within seven days of departure subjectto no loss or damage to the apartment.
