This spacious apartment is located in the centre of Puerto Banús in the popular Playa del Duque urbanisation in one of the original buildings - Edificio “Cadiz”. These apartments are ideally located having access directly onto the beach sidewalk and also to the main shopping street.
The apartments boast huge park-like gardens and three swimming pools all with easy access from the apartment building entrance.
This apartment has a good size terrace with side views of the sea and of the mountains.
It comes with secure under ground parking with a lift up to the apartment on the 4th floor.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need and has access to the large dining area with seating for eight people.
The airy lounge has plenty of seating for relaxing and provides television in a selection of languages (including English, German, Spanish and French). There is a CD/DVD player that pipes music throughout the apartment.
There are two large bedrooms with king-size and super king-size beds plus a smaller room with twin beds. The two large bedrooms are en suite. There is a further family bathroom with separate shower just off the hallway.
This spacious apartment is ideal for groups travelling together or for a family looking for a central Puerto Banus location where there is no need to drive.

Location
The apartment is located in the Playa del Duque urbanisation by the beach in the centre of Puerto Banús. Playa del Duque is a collection of large very well built apartment blocks surrounding a central communal park-style garden. The park area provides residents with a large restaurant/bar beside one of the three large outdoor swimming pools. There are plenty of sun loungers provided all around the gardens. The gardens are kept to a high standard and have fountains, rivers and bridges throughout. It is possible to leave the complex onto the sea front walkway or alternatively take the “shopping exit” where you will find yourself into the centre of the Puerto Banús shopping centre. Puerto Banús is famous for its many exotic shops, high-class boutiques, restaurants and bars. The harbour is host to an array of beautiful yachts and high-end cars. The beaches are well maintained with plenty of places here or drink on the shoreline.

A 30% desposit is required within seven days of booking this property. The balance is payable at least 6 weeks prior to your arrival or in Euros cash on arrival. The refundable security deposit is taken on arrival by credit card and will be credited back to the same card within seven days of departure providing there is no damage or loss to the property.
