The bathroom and kitchen both lead off from the entrance hall as does the lounge dining room which has also been designed with relaxation in mind. From the lounge you step onto the terrace which is on the same level as the communal terrace and pool which is well-equipped with sun loungers.
This delightful apartment combines the best of all worlds with the local nightlife within a few minutes walk, and yet the sense of being in a quiet and tranquil oasis at the same time.

Situated in a beautiful apartment development in the heart of Puerto Banus a couple of minutes walk from from the famous marina and the beach. Although it is very central it is also very peaceful as the apartment looks out onto the communal pool and terrace which occupies the middle of this development. All the amenities you could possibly want are within a few minutes walk and historic Marbella old town is only a short drive or taxi ride away. Malaga airport is only forty minutes drive to the East and the local coast has plenty of beach and watersport activity from which to choose.
