This is apartment is located in Mirador del Rodeo just a 10 minute walk from Puerto Banus and the beach. It is situated next to the Sisu Boutique Hotel and close to a Paddle Tennis Club. The apartment is on the ground floor, has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and direct access to the communal garden. The apartment is very well presented with FREE Sky TV (currently no spanish TV) and Wifi / ADSL. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom. One has a double bed, the other bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with fans and in general it is a cool apartment. The separate kitchen is fully fitted with all you need and more and the living room has access to the private terrace and 60m2 private garden, which leads into the communal garden. The community is gated and has a garage, communal pool and children's pool.

Payment and Booking Terms
A 30% deposit is payable upon booking to guarantee the property. The balance is then payable six weeks prior to arrival or in Euros cash on arrival or by credit card on arrival by prior arrangement depending on circumstances. The refundable security deposit is payable by credit card on arrival and will be returned to the same credit card within seven days of departure subject to no damage or loss to the property.
