The villa is kept to a good luxury level throughout. It provides 4 bedrooms, three bathrooms plus guest cloakroom, split-level lounge dining room, kitchen, and various terraces. All of the bedrooms are upstairs. There are two twin rooms with a shared family bathroom plus two super kingsize bedrooms both with en-suite. The master bedrooms can be opened up into one huge room by removing a false wall should it be required. One of the master bedrooms has a door which leads out onto a large luxury lounge terrace with parasols, sea view and overlooks the pool area. The whole downstairs area with the exceptions of the cloakroom and kitchen is open plan with the hall leading straight into the living room which is split level with the dining room on the lower level. From the lounge you access the outdoor terrace and swimming pool. The lounge is exceptionally large and bright thanks to the windows which allow in plenty of sunshine. The living room is beautifully furnished with large sofas and two easy chairs. The kitchen is well equipped and has a small breakfast bar for three people. Appliances include a microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster and washing machine. Outside the kitchen is a TV lounge area which provides a flat screen TV with free view satellite and DVD player. Of the bedrooms two have en-suite bathrooms, and the master bedroom also provides a further TV. The property as a whole has hot and cold air conditioning, marble floors and a security alarm. The pool is a good 10x6 meters in size and there is an outside shower. There are sun loungers and parasols for your use also. The terrace, on which there is a dining table and chairs for al fresco dining, benefits from sun all day long. To the front of the villa is parking for 2 cars. This is an absolutely gorgeous property in easy reach of anything you could want to make your holiday perfect.

This property has probably one of the best locations on the coast. It is situated on an idyllic, private, residential road which leads directly to the beach and Paseo Maritimo which are 100m away. It takes approx 10 minutes to walk along the beach to Puerto Banus. At the end of the road there is an established chiringuito which specialises in fish.

The refundable security deposit is payable by credit card on arrival and will be returned to the same card within 7 days of your departure providing there is no damage or breakages.
