The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and there is a second shower room next to the second bedroom which is a twin.
This apartment also boasts two terraces; one off the lounge giving amazing mountain views across the golf course, descending to the coast and sea, and the other looking toward the communal pools and gardens. There are also underground parking and a storage room. With neutral colours throughout it would not take much to personalise this into a very comfortable home.

The development of Duquesa Fairways sits at the top of a hill above the Port of Duquesa. Fifteen minutes drive from Estepona and twenty-five minutes from the Gibraltar border it is ideally situated for reaching either location and indeed the rest of the coast. With the town of Sabanillas very close there is no shortage of shopping amenities and of course the Post of Duquesa offers all the bars and restaurants one could wish. And with the main coast road a few minutes drive away it is ideally place for all communications.
