This is a property which is full of surprises not the least of which is the sheer amount of space. The front of the house is very deceptive which quickly becomes apparent on entering the porch which leads into the massive lounge with the dining room beyond. The furnishings and decoration are of a very high standard providing a sense of comfortable opulence which is enhanced by the amount of natural light that comes in thanks to the floor to ceiling windows in the dining room, and the windows above the sweeping staircase up to the first floor. The ground floor accommodation also includes the master bedroom with private sitting room, three guest bedrooms all of which are doubles, two bathrooms, large independant kitchen, and breakfast room. The first floor consists of just one large room which is filled with light. This can used as an additional lounge, a dining room, or even an additional bedroom. This in turn leads on to the terrace which stretches the length of the house and provides the most amazing views, as well as looking down onto the garden and pool areas. On exiting the kitchen you first reach a delightful raised deck ideal as an outdoor breakfast area. Leading from this is one of the staircases to the pool and garden areas. And this brings us to the biggest surpise of all. The entire lower ground floor has been converted into what looks like an upmarket private club complete with bar, country kitchen for poolside cooking, large relaxing lounge with sofas and tables, jacuzzi, TVs, and full size wet room for cleaning off after a hard day by the pool. There are also an additional two double bedrooms with a shared shower room. This is a place for enteraining and partying on a grand scale! To the right of the heated pool and small kids pool is the lawned orchard area with a fixed pagoda and permanent built barbecue. There is a further garden area with Mediterranean plants, private drive, and an additional terrace on the far side of the property. All in all this is a property ideal for a large family, and would even lend itself well for use as a bed and breakfast or small boutique hotel. To the side of the house is also a laundry room equipped with two washing machines and two tumble dryers.

This wonderful property is in Punta Chullera which falls under the town of Sabanillas in the Manilva area to the West of Estepona. Sitting on the hillside above the main coast road it boasts views across the Mediterranean to Africa on a clear day and with Gibraltar to the West. Gibraltar is only twenty-five minutes drive away and the towns of Torreguadiaro, Puerto Nuevo, San Roque and La Linea are close to hand.
There are many excellent golf courses within easy reach including La Caņada, San Roque and Valderrama. And the beach is only a ten minute walk.
