From the private drieway you enter the villa through the central courtyard area, with a feature fountain, around which the entire house is constructed. The large lounge has a number of comfortable sofas, open fireplace, staellite TV and DVD player, and opns onto the rear garden and terrace. The formal dining room is off the lounge leading to the independent kitchen and seat eight comfortably. In turn the dining room opens onto the covered terrace offering plenty of shaded space in which to dine, barbecue and just relax - perfect for balmy summer evenings. Of the four main bedrooms the master has a large double bed, dressing area, TV and huge en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath. The other three are all twin rooms each with its own bathroom. The fifth bedroom is across a small courtyard off the kitchen and is a single with en-suite shower room. The house is entirely on one level and has a beautiful garden in which to enjoy the sun and the views to the coast. Each bedroom is air-conditioned as is the lounge and the house also has underfloor heating for use in the winter.

Location
This lovely villa is situated in the Monte Halcones area close to the road leading to Ronda from San Pedro de Alcantara. This means that Puerto Banus and Marbella are within a short driving distance as are the many golf courses scattered around this part of the Costa del Sol. Within a short walking distance are a number of shops, bars and restaurants. The main motorway is a few minutes drive allowing easy access to all parts of the coast. The property sits on its own large plot of land, in an enclave of private villas.
