The villa is finished to a high luxury standard with a modern contemporary feel throughout. The house has a computerised lighting system which controls the lights throughout the villa. The sound and visual system is also contained within a separate area. The lounge leads out into the garden where there is comfortable seating on the terrace. The pool can be heated and has a Jacuzzi at one end. There are three sun beds by the pool with a further two on the master bedroom terrace plus a further two in a shady area by the cheringuito which is located on the lower level of the garden. There is an outside dining area for six people with a modern gas barbeque. On the ground floor there is a king-size bedroom. Next to this is an office area. The hallway is very impressive with a large modern lighting fixture hanging above a table (which has a concealed American pool table within) the kitchen is simple, modern with all mod cons and a nice dining area plus a breakfast bar. There is also a separate laundry area. Upstairs is the comfortable super king-size master bedroom with modern en-suite bathroom and its own private sun terrace. Across the landing is a further king-size bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Outside the main gates are opened via a remote control. There is also a garage for parking one car. The second half of the garage has a wide selection of gymnasium equipment.

This luxury villa is set in the exclusive urbanisation of La Resina which is within the Hacienda El Almendras Community just above Rondo town on the road in the direction of Ronda. Puerto Banus and Marbella are within a short driving distance as are the many golf courses scattered around this part of the Costa del Sol. There is a supermarket and a few bars and restaurants just a short drive away. The main motorway is a few minutes drive allowing easy access to all parts of the coast. The property sits on its own large plot of land, in an enclave of private villas.

Payment and Booking Terms
A 30% deposit is payable within seven days of booking. The balance is payable six weeks prior to arrival or by credit card on arrival or in Euros cash on arrival. The refundable security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card and is returned to the same card within a week of departure subject to no loss or damage to the property.
