This modern townhouse is ideally located within a few minutes walk to the beach and also the supermarket. There are also plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The house is clean, modern and spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped. The lounge has comfortable sofas and a dining area. There is also a TV with local Spanish TV available. Wifi internet is also provided free of charge. The lounge area has sliding glass doors which lead out onto a small private lawn area and then further into the communal gardens where the swimming pool can be found. This area has sun beds provided for your use and is a good secure enclosed area for children. Upstairs there are two bedrooms both en suite and one has an open terrace. Up the stairs one further level takes you to a further small lounge area with a bedroom area with four single beds - ideal for children sharing the same room. The house also comes with off street parking for one car (with possible parking for a second car by arrangement). The upstairs bedroom terrace is not entirely secure for young children that like to climb. Please let us know prior to booking if this is a problem and a locking mechanism will be provided to secure this terrace.

The townhouse is 400 Meters from the sandy beaches of San Pedro Alcantara where the Paseo Maratimo begins - a beautiful walk along the beach front where most of beach bars (cheringitos), resturants and shops are set among beautifully landscaped garden areas. This is a wonderful place to stroll, stop for food or take a sun lounger on the beach. There is also a childrenīs playground along the beach front. The area of this old established urbanisation is known as Cortijo Blanco (white farm house). A perfect location for families. It is within easy reach (by car or public transport) of the resorts of Marbella, Puerto Banus or Estepona; the bus stop is about a five-minute walk away. The road is very quiet as it is a cul de sac, so there is no through traffic to speak of. The Cortijo Blanco hotel is also nearby and offers a restaurant and bar service. There are also other restaurants located nearby which will satisfy all manners of budgets and cuisine.
