This huge villa is perfect for families or groups of up to 14 people. It is fully air conditioned and there is satellite TV (With English channels also) The sea is about 200 metres away. The beach is lovely in this area and there are any beach bars. On the ground floor there is a lounge, kitchne and three bedrooms. One is en suite. There is a second kitchen which can be seperated from the rest of the house together with one o two bedrooms and a small lounge to make a seperate apartment if necessary. Upstairs there are another three bedrooms. By climbing up a further outdoor stairway to the roof top you will find another twin room. Outsiee there is a garden which has been equiped with a huge seating area for 14 people and a barbeque. The pool is located next to this.

Location
The villa is about 200 metres from the beach in San Pedro. There are many beach bars on this part of the sea front. There re also a number of childrens playgrounds along this promenarde. The town is about 10 minutes walk.
