Villa Jasmine is a beautifully presented colonial style Spanish villa set in spacious gardens with a large 16 metre swimming pool. There are 5 bedrooms in the house (three doubles and two twin rooms) with the ability to add two more single beds to sleep a maximum of 12 people (cots can be provided for babies). It is only about an eight minute walk to the beach. Outside the house you will find plenty of comfortable sun beds around the pool and shady places to relax under tall lush palms trees. The garden has colourful Mediterranean plants throughout it 1500 metre square and level plot. This charming house is spacious and has a feeling of traditional Spanish grandeur, created by the former owners. Much of the villa has been modernised however, there are still plenty of original features such as the large fireplaces, the vaulted ceiling of the lounge and the lovely traditional bathrooms. The villa is a great place to relax for large families and those who appreciate the antique furnishings, gardens and architecture. The villa was designed with thick walls and plenty of marble and remains amazingly cool during the summer months. Under floor heating is provided for winter. The lounge has freeview English TV plus Spanish and some German programmes. The kitchen is modern and spacious and provides you with all the modern convenieneces you would require. On the ground floor you will find three double bedrooms; two of which are en-suite. Upstairs there are two further bedrooms with twin beds. It is also possible to add two extra single beds to sleep up to 12 people. There is also an office area on the upstairs landing. From the landing it is possible to look down into the lounge area below. As soon as you enter the house, the entrance hall gives you a great impression of the quality and taste within the property. The gardens are large and there is plenty of space for children to run around. The pool is an interesting shape with general measurements about 16 metres long and 7 metres wide. It is also deeper than standard pools ranging in depth from 1.5-2.2 metres deep. Leading out from the dining room you pass onto a large terrace where there is plenty of seating and comfy chairs to relax outside in the shade and take in the garden views. All in all, this wonderful traditional house is an ideal place to relax and unwind in style.
