This beautiful house was once the gardener’s house for the urbanisation; however, it has been lovingly restored into a beautiful summer rental house.

Location

The house is located just a short 5 minute walk to the San Pedro beach. The beach is a good sandy beach with plenty of beach bars and restaurants and a good promenade which has recently been extended to allow you to walk into Puerto Banus in about 20 minutes. It is also possible to cross over the main road where you will find many good Spanish restaurants and bars. San Pedro is still very Spanish. It is very easy to go to Puerto Banus from here.
