This spacious and airy house, with its huge colourful gardens, is incredibly only 75 meters from the beach! At the beach there are beach-bars restaurants and some shops! It is located in an up market area surrounded by only large quality villas. It is fully air-conditioned and has a large terrace with plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing on. It is perfect for younger children and the pool is entirely fenced off so the little ones can’t get in without supervision! The pool is surrounded by a very large garden planted with Spectacular palm trees and colourful bedding plants, which give a spectacular display through the summer months. There are plenty of sun loungers for relaxing on and there is off-road private parking (so no worries about trying to find a parking spot near the beach! If you fancied a walk, its about 25 minutes along the beach to the world famous Puerto Banus with its shops, cafes and huge private yachts. (The garden is about 2200 square meters).

Location
The house is 75 Meters from the sandy beaches of San Pedro Alcantara where the Paseo Maratimo begins - a beautiful walk along the beach front where most of beach bars (cheringitos), resturants and shops are set among beautifully landscaped garden areas. This is a wonderful place to stroll, stop for food or take a sun lounger on the beach. There is also a children´s playground along the beach front. The area of this old established urbanisation is known as Cortijo Blanco (white farm house). A perfect location for families. It is within easy reach (by car or public transport) of the resorts of Marbella, Puerto Banus or Estepona; the bus stop is about a five-minute walk away. The road is very quiet as it is a cul de sac, so there is no through traffic to speak of. The Cortijo Blanco hotel is also nearby and offers a restaurant and bar service. There are also other restaurants located nearby which will satisfy all manners of budgets and cuisine.
