At first glance this villa looks like a small traditional spanish style home but open up the doors and step inside to a spacious, beautifully light, sleek modern space. A lot of thought and hardwwork has gone into providing an easy to maintain, useable space in which to spend your time in spain. Entering the property through big glass patio doors which allow the sunshine to stream in you will be met by a large open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. A comfortable cosy corner sofa and latest TV, the large dining suite and fully equipped high end kitchen, decorated very tastefully gives you a pleasant space in which to relax, entertain and eat in. The property boasts four bedrooms and four shower rooms, one of the ensuite bedrooms is in its own wing with private access. All are perfectly decorated and maintained and boast ample storage in the form of fitted wardrobes and drawers. Each room has comfortable twin beds that can be joined together or seperated, this means that the sleeping arrangements can be tailor made to suite your groups individual requirements. The climate on the Costa del sol lends itself to spending a lot of time outdoors and the outside space of this house will delight any holiday maker. High walls and hedging provide a tranquil and private space complete with a fenced private pool, grassed area with sun loungers and a most spectacular brick built mirrored, bbq area complete with food preparation area and sink. Two separate dining areas give you the choice of shady or sunny al fresco dining. Sun worshippers will head straight for the cast iron spiral staircase up onto the small tiled roof terrace to soak up some of the sun rays in peace and quiet, whilst any gardeners might enjoy checking out the established and depending on the season, fully laden branches of the orange, lemon and avocado trees to the rear of the property. Anyone looking to tour the area in either a hire or their own car will be happy with the safe and secure off street parking provided on the paved driveway right beside the property, great for unloading, luggage, people and shopping.

Location

Whatever type of holiday you are looking for on the Costa Del Sol the location of this property is perfect. There is nothing worse then stepping off the plane and having a long transfer to endure, there are no excessively long travel times here, the town of San Pedro Alcantara sits between Malaga and Gibraltar airports, Gibraltar can be reached in slightly under the hour and Malaga in around 45 minutes using the toll road which is easily accessible. You can be feet up and poolside within an hour and 30 minutes of leaving the airport.

If rest and relaxation are your thing the high walled gardens with private pool are made super appealing due to the villas spot at the end off a road in a quiet, highly regarded residential area. Despite being slightly out of the town away from all the hustle and bustle you can be there within 10 mins by car or if you are looking to burn off some of those extra holiday calories a brisk 25 minute walk will see you in the hub of San Pedro with its supermarkets, cafes, bars and independent stores. It is a well maintained town with pretty plants and well planned and equipped open spaces, from outdoor gyms to childrens playgrounds. The Boulevard is a magnet for families looking for somewhere for the kids to run of some steam and it also hosts various seasonal events throughout the year. The Boulevard is situated just by the town centre so not many minutes from your holiday home. Beach lovers will be pleased to find that the sandy beach and the calm waters of the med are a mere nine minute walk away, the beach has a chiringito and beach club to satisfy your refreshment needs. The well regarded La Pesquera restaurant is close by.

Glitz and glamour are in plentiful supply in just under 10 minutes by car, the bright lights of the neighbouring towns of Puerto Banus and Marbella can also reached by a regular bus service or one of the many taxis servicing the area. You can be enjoying window shopping in the marina or sipping a cocktail with the rich and famous in mere minutes. Travelling in the opposite direction you can enjoy a rather more sedate day out wandering the flower lined streets of Estepona. The white washed buildings provide a stunning back drop to the varying coloured pots and brightly coloured seasonal blooms.

Price Notes:

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.

Payment and Booking Terms

To secure the reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card (+1.5% handling fee). The balance can be paid 6 weeks before arrival or on arrival by credit card (+1.5% handling fee). We can also accept cash for the balance, but only to a maximum of 1000€ per adult named in the confirmation. We do NOT accept 500€ notes under any circumstances. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damage or breakage (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a 25€ booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. We do take payments by American Express but they are subject to a 2.85% bank charge. All other card payments are subject to a 1.5% bank charge including debit/credit and charge cards. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:30PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement; however, all payments will need to be made in advance.
