This large villa offers an excellent retreat for those wishing to be close to everything and not wanting to travel much by car. The airport, Torremolinos town centre, the beach, Málaga town centre and shops are all just a ten minute drive away. The villa is entirely walled-in and set on 2600 square metres of private land. It has spectacular views of the sea and mountains. It has its own private tennis court, sauna, swimming pool and gymnasium area. It is fully air-conditioned (except the separate downstairs apartment which is naturally cool). There are even two bar areas for entertaining (both inside and outside)! The entrance gates are opened by use of a remote control. There is plenty of parking - up to five cars with extra parking for two more cars to the rear of the property. For security and peace of mind, the pool and barbeque area are fenced-off from small children which allows them just to use the rest of the gardens. The separate self-contained apartment, gym, sauna and tennis court are all located on the lower level of the house. Upstairs there are four bedrooms and a huge lounge and kitchen. High speed wireless internet is also provided free of charge. There is British TV and also German, French and Spanish TV provided. The upstairs area of the villa is fully air conditioned and fans are provided for the separate apartment downstairs.

Location
This villa is close to everything! It is situated in a quiet urbanisation on an elevated position just 5 Km from Torremolinos. Málaga airport is only a ten minute drive from the house. The beaches and Parador del Golf course are also very close. The huge selection of shops in Placida de Mayor and the larger retail outlets (and of course IKEA) are all just a few minutes drive away. Málaga town centre is also spectacular to visit with its huge cathedral, Moorish Palace, the Picasso museum and covered market. Torremolinos offers a bustling holiday town with plenty of bars, restaurants and night clubs. Many other well know places are within very easy reach from here - including some water parks – for example Fuengirola or Benalmadena. The Alhambra Palace and Generalife gardens in Granada are just one and a half hours drive from the property and is well worth a vist. This house offers a great location for ease of travel to so many things.
