The villa is located in a prestigious residential area, on a palm-fringed road leading to the Atalaya Park Hotel and beach just 600 meters away. The local supermarket is just a ten minute walk away. The villa is all on the ground floor level with the well maintained gardens going right around. The lounge is light and airy with French windows leading out onto a terrace. . English Sky TV with a flat screen television is provided together with a DVD, stereo and radio. The dining area also shares the lounge. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed with it’s own en suite bathroom. There are two more twin rooms sharing one bathroom plus a further twin room next to the kitchen with its own shower room. The garden is well stocked with flowers and plants. One side of the garden has views towards the mountains, overlooking a valley leading to the Guadalmina Golf Hotel. A covered sun terrace runs along the length of the villa with a barbecue terrace equipped with furniture and lighting, enabling evening dining and entertaining.

All the facilities of a four star hotel, good restaurants, day time attractions for the children, shops and night time entertainment are all close by at the Atalaya Park Hotel. The area is well known to be mainly built up with large villas. San Pedro is 2 Km away, Puerto Banus 6 Km and Marbella 8 Km, each has a beach, shopping centre and night time attractions. Malaga Airport is about an hour’s drive away. Also very close to the villa are some of the best golf courses in Europe.
