This spacious and airy villa is ideally situated a few metres from the Golden Mile beach of Marbella and within an easy 5 minute walk to Puerto Banus, along the beach. The villa has its own private swimming pool with plenty of outside seating around the barbeque area. The house is fully air conditioned and offers Sky TV in the lounge. Parking for two cars is provided off-road (one is opened via remote control). The lounge is large and provides plenty of comfortable seating. The dining area is separate and has plenty of seating and a separate bar area (which you will need to stock!). The kitchen is just off the dinning area and is fully equipped. There are two bedrooms downstairs (one king-size bed and one twin bedroom) which share a family bathroom. There is also a separate WC. Upstairs is the master bedroom which is en suite. There are three further bedrooms sharing a family bathroom. There is a large upstairs terrace plus a further roof top terrace which is accessed via a further set of steps. The villa is very large and provides plenty of space; however, the furniture is a little old fashioned, although of high quality. This villa is for rental on a minimum of two weeks only.
