This modern ski apartment provides both practical and comfortable facilities for those looking for ski or snowboard accommodation in the Sierra Nevada village or for families who are interested to visit the resort. The apartment provides free secure parking under the building, The lounge has a 2.2 metre long sofabed and there is a TV. The views are breathtaking from the large lounge windows. The dining area has an extendable table and can seat up to six. The kitchen is fully equipped with lovely crockery, cutlery, saucepans and glassware and comes with a microwave/grill and hob. The master bedroom is en suite provides two single beds which can be made into a double bed. The bathroom has a shower with toilet and sink. The second bedroom has a double bunk bed and a single bed with plenty of wardrobe space. The family bathroom is finished in marble and has a bath with a shower plus WC and bidet. The apartment has powerful under floor heating throughout. The apartment is on the second floor and there are several lifts down into the car park or to the street level. Up to two extra beds may be provided (for an extra charge) to sleep up to nine persons.

Location
This apartment is located in a newly built apartment block called Monte Oiz 2. This is located part way up the hill leading away from the main village centre. As you enter the village the apartments are on the right hand side. There are two supermarkets nearby and free parking is included within the building. The 15 minute walk into town from the apartment is very pleasant either following the winding road down, or by-passing this and making use of the various stairways. Alternatively the quickest route would be to take the ski lift from the nearby ski station. The apartment is slightly elevated above the lower level town centre apartments which give it the advantage of having the most spectacular views over the town and mountains. Many of the good restaurants, popular bars and discos are mainly located on the upper levels of the village rather than in the lower square. Sierra Nevada is a 2 hour drive from Malaga or a 30 minute drive from Granada airport.

Rental Rates
Stardard Rental Rates per property per week
Price Notes:
There is a 35 Euros extra cleaning charge for stays of less than three nights. Normally up to two extra single folding beds can be added to sleep up to an extra two people. We charge an extra 30 Euros per extra bed per night which includes sheets and a towel. Wifi ADSL may be hired for 40 Euros for the week or 5 Euros per day within the same corridor.

Payment and Booking Terms
A 30% deposit is payable within seven days and the balance is payable in Euros cash on arrival. Payment by credit card may be done, however, this incurs a 1.5% extra charge.
