It has three bedrooms and three ensuite bath/shower rooms (the twin room has access directly onto the front terrace, the second double bedroom has access to the rear terrace and the main bedroom has access to the gardens (via the shower room). It is fully equipped for a relaxing break. There is SKY television in the lounge area and ADSL access. There are also Ipod docking stations available. The gardens are spacious and have lots of areas for sitting or for children to run around in. Fruit trees are dotted around, so help yourself! (The property is entirely fenced, so ideal if you want to bring your dog) The good sized private pool is located to the side of the house and has plenty of space around it for sun loungers. There are large terraces to the front and rear of the house and a cabaña is located next to the pool which is ideal for escaping the sun and relaxing with a cool drink and a good book.

Payment and Booking Terms

To secure the reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card (+1.5% handling fee). The balance can be paid 6 weeks before arrival or on arrival by credit card (+1.5% handling fee). We can also accept cash for the balance, but only to a maximum of 1000€ per adult named in the confirmation. We do NOT accept 500€ notes under any circumstances. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damage or breakage (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a 25€ booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. We do take payments by American Express but they are subject to a 2.85% bank charge. All other card payments are subject to a 1.5% bank charge including debit/credit and charge cards. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:30PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement; however, all payments will need to be made in advance.
