This spacious apartment in the prestigious urbanisation of 'EL PRESIDENTE' is regarded as one of the best holiday & family friendly complexes in the Marbella, Puerto Banus and Estepona area on the Costa Del Sol in Spain.
The apartment has air conditioning, and there are 3 good size bedrooms, all of which are ensuite. It sleeps six comfortably, but an extra bed can be provided at small extra charge. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is plenty of seating in the main lounge area, which also includes a dining table & chairs. However, with a large fabulous, south facing, shaded terrace, overlooking a lovely pool and tropical garden, most people choose to dine on the tables outside.
Adjacent to the main lounge is where the TV is situated, with additional sofa and chairs. Fibre optic Wi-Fi is provided with the apartment and it is possible to stream online.
The urbanisation is in the typical Andalusian style with magnificent fountains, and is well known for its beautifully maintained tropical gardens, with plenty of palm trees and colourfull mediteranean flowers. There are 5 lovely swimming pools (one heated during winter) and life guards during high season. Included are also 3 tennis courts, 2 padel and a golf driving range. Close to the beach, (short walking distance away), there is also a small football pitch and child's play area, with picnic tables under the shade of trees. There are 3 local beach bars (Chiringuitos) and many excellent restaurants, as well as a local Aldi supermarket, and other shops- all within walking distance of El Presidente. Puerto Banus and Marbella are only a short drive away. There is 24 hour security in the urbanization.

Bathroom Features:
All bedrooms are en-suite. Two have a bath with a shower and one has a walk-in shower.
In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
