This stunning modern apartment is an ideal place for those looking for some peace and quiet on a luxury boutique complex surrounding a famous five star hotel. The property provides a high-speed internet connection and plenty of international TV channels such as Sky. The apartment is presented in a very modern style and has very high-standard, quality furnishings and fittings throughout. The lounge provides comfortable seating for up to six guests and dining area for up to four guests. Directly from the lounge you can have access to the large terrace with an extra dining area outside where it is possible to use the charcoal barbecue. We definitely recommend a romantic dinner outside with the stunning views of the coast. The modern kitchen is very well equipped with all one could want. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed while the second bedroom has two single beds. The stunning renovated swimming pool area offers plenty of sunbeds and there is remote controlled private parking in a secure garage.
The apartment is located within the Alanda Flamingos boutique complex of only 50 luxury apartments. There is easy parking and 24 hour security. The complex is located within the Los Flamingos golfing valley. There are plenty of golf courses and also a great five star hotel nearby with a good restaurant. The apartment is a five minute drive to the beach and the main road. Estepona is a nice Spanish town where there are lots of bars and restaurants. San Pedro is also close and Puerto Banus is just a 10 minute drive. Here you will find the busy nightlife and designer shops and bars in the famous marina.

Bedroom Features:
Two en-suite bedrooms. A Kingsize bed in master bedroom and a second bedroom has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have sliding doors out onto the large terraces and lawned area.

Two bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath, overhead shower and a double sink. The second bathroom has a separate shower. There is also a separate WC off the lounge.
In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the standard arrival time given 5:00PM and that you must vacate the property by 11:00AM. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. If the property hasn´t got a same day changeover, then you can normally arrive after 12:00 noon, please consult with us if that can be possible. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking. Cots and high chairs can be rented for a supplement of EUR 50.00 per stay. We can arrange extra folding beds for EUR 125.00 per week. Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
The use of the barbecue is allowed on this property provided that the client makes good use of it and leaves the barbecue clean and in good condition after leaving the property. Otherwise, Time in Spain will charge EUR 50.00 for cleaning or damage costs. This costs will be deducted from the security deposit.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Heated pools have a supplement of EUR 200.00 in heater ignition concept and a EUR 150.00 per week of rental. Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
