This stunning family villa is aimed at those who appreciate a level of luxury and a quiet environment. This modern large house will really suit those wishing to pamper themselves, being close to a high quality golf and country club and yet still in easy reach of Puerto Banus, Marbella, Estepona and the sea. All the rooms are a good size and are beautifully presented to a high standard. From the front entrance, you will enter the lounge with a dining room and a large kitchen to the right. There are two large bedrooms downstairs and upstairs there are three more good sized bedrooms (one en-suite). The master bedroom leads out onto a large balcony with distant views out to the golf course. Outside you will find plenty of comfortable seating areas in the nicely maintained gardens. There is also a good area for dining and of course the private swimming pool which is not overlooked. From the roadway, there is a private garage for two cars. You will then need to walk up a flight of stairs from the garage level to get to the house level. All 'mod-cons' are provided to help you relax and fully enjoy your holiday in comfort and style. The villa is located on the Paraiso Alto region which is right in the centre of many golf courses and has easy access to local towns. There is nothing but large modern villas in the area and the local community is kept to a high standard. The very popular Paraiso Hotel is also located just 2 KM down the road. The main A7 motorway is also about 2 KM away towards the sea where you can find many shops, restaurants and bars. Puerto Banus and Marbella are about a 15 minute drive away to the east and Estepona is about 10 minutes to the west. The house is also in easy driving distance of the new “Laguna Village” complex of high level shopping and bars, along with its renowned beach bar facilities.

Bedroom Features:
Five bedrooms. Ground floor with two bedrooms. A bedroom with a super king size bed and the second bedroom with a king size bed. The top floor has three bedrooms, two with super king size beds and the third with two single beds.
Bathroom Features:
Three bathrooms. The master bedroom has a Jacuzzi bath in the bathroom and all three bathrooms have separate shower cabins.
In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
