*** TEMPORARY PHOTOS - WILL BE UPDATED SOON *** A spacious and modern family holiday villa located in a residential area known as “La Alquería”, famous for its many golf courses with elegant villas and less than a 10 minute drive to San Pedro de Alcántara and its nearest beach. The exclusive closed urbanisation where the property is located, consists of a small number of villas with 24-hour security. The modern and spacious villa consists of four stylish bedrooms spread over two levels offering comfortable accommodation for up to eight guests. From the entrance to the villa, we lead onto a modern and spacious dining room with seating for eight guests, very bright and airy, with access to one of the south-west facing terraces with lovely views towards the golf courses, mountains and the sea. There is an additional outdoor dining area on the terrace with seating for eight. The bright living room is tastefully decorated in a modern style and has access to the kitchen located on the same level. Next to the entrance, we find a guest cloakroom with WC and hand-basin. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and also has an attached laundry room. A kitchen bar with four stools and access to a second terrace/balcony with another dining set, ideal for breakfast and enjoying beautiful views at the same time. Also located on the ground floor, we find the modern living room on a higher level that divides the area into two atmospheres (living room and dining room). The living room offers comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV with a multitude of international channels including Sky, a fireplace and access to the back garden patio, private pool and large gardens. The modern living room, like the rest of the house, benefits from air conditioning and high-speed internet connection. From the living room we access to a third terrace with a relaxing outdoor sofa and coffee table. On the ground floor we also find the first bedroom equipped with a king size bed, a spacious built-in wardrobe and access to the garden. It also has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, shower, hand-basin for two, WC and bidet. The rest of the bedrooms of the villa are arranged on the first floor. The master bedroom with a super king size bed and access to the private balcony with beautiful view, offers an en-suite bathroom with large bathtub, separate shower cubicle, hand-basin for two, WC and bidet. On the same floor, there is the second bedroom with a double bed, also with spacious built-in wardrobes and a private balcony. This bedroom shares a family bathroom with bathtub, shower, hand-basin, WC and bidet with a third bedroom equipped with two single beds and also with access to the balcony. All bedrooms include flatscreens with Spanish TV only. This villa has a large garden with sun loungers and thanks to its location it benefits from unbeatable views over the coast. This property has a beautiful private pool and a charcoal barbecue available in a seperate area to the back. A private closed garage with parking for two cars is also available, as well as plenty of street parking within the gated community. All in one, this house is the ideal option for a family holiday, in a quiet residential area not very far from Marbella and San Pedro.
The villa is located within the gated complex of Villas del Mirador, composed of a reduced number of villas with 24-hour security in a very tranquil location. Although the villa has private garage, there is easy parking on street inside the community gates. The complex is located in the area of La Alquería golfing valley. There are plenty of golf courses nearby. The villa is located only a five minute drive from the main road, a short drive of around 10 minutes to San Pedro de Alcántara and the closest beach of Guadalmina. This easy drive to all tourist attractions from the tranquil area where the property is located makes it the perfect location for your holidays.

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
