A spacious family villa just 400 meters from the beach, perfectly located for large families who are looking for a holiday property that ticks all the boxes for its facilities. The villa is very secure and quiet in a residential area between Estepona town and San Pedro de Alcantara. Outside, there are very well maintained gardens with a good variety of Mediterranean and tropical trees and shrubs, a large lawn area provides plenty of space for children to play in. A generous and large swimming pool next to an outdoor Jacuzzi is also available. Please note that the swimming pool can be heated for an additional fee - check with us when booking. The house also boasts a purpose built area for BBQ and outdoor dining, which would seat around 20 people. Inside the house all the rooms are very large and well presented with most of the bedrooms being en-suite. The huge master bedroom on the top floor has two en-suite bathrooms - one for him and one for her - both having a spa bath and separate shower. Accessed from the master suite is a large balcony overlooking the gardens. A further fully fitted one bedroom apartment with a king-size bed, small kitchen and bathroom ideal for a nanny or staff right next to the main house. This villa is also good for the elderly as it is mainly on one level. A total of six bedrooms (including the apartment outside), six bathrooms, large lounge area with high speed fibre optic Wifi along with an international TV subscription including Sky channels. Fully fitted kitchen and an indoor dining area between the kitchen and lounge. A gated driveway with enough parking for at least three cars is also available. All in all, a great family villa for your holiday.

Location

This lovely villa is situated just a short walk from the beach and a 15 minute drive to Puerto Banus. There are many shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars all within a ten minute walk. Although very useful, a car is not actually necessary when staying here. There is bus stop close by and taxis are easily arranged. Paraiso Barronal is an urbanisation on the sea front which consists of only large established villas. Many more bars, restaurants, and supermarkets can easily be accessed via a foot bridge that leads over the main road. Puerto Banus is about 10 KM away and Estepona town centre is about 12 KM. The beach here is well maintained and sandy. There are several beach bars along the promenade of Estepona which are open the majority of the year.

Price Notes:

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.

Payment and Booking Terms

To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
