“Ventana del Mar” is a beautifully presented townhouse in Bahia de Casares, Sabinillas/Manilva. For comfort it is fully air conditioned and it boasts the most fantastic views over the Mediterranean Sea and Gibraltar. Offering three very comfortable bedrooms (a master suite with king-size bed and ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom with king size bed and a twin room), an outside dining terrace to enjoy the views and a garden with four sun loungers for relaxing plus a gas BBQ. Soft lighting at night illuminates the garden area.
The dining terrace, accessed by sliding doors from the lounge, has a table and four chairs – ideal for breakfasting or sitting with a glass of something cool in the evening. Inside the house you’ll find the modern kitchen with a fridge freezer, washing machine and a dishwasher. The inside dining area for six, with its contemporary style furnishing, is located just off the lounge, next to the kitchen. The stylish lounge has comfortable seating and offers a flat screen television with international channels (British, German, French, Russian and Scandinavian) plus high speed internet access. On this level there is also a cloak room. Heading upstairs, you’ll come to the three lovely bedrooms, with their very comfortable beds and Egyptian cotton bedding, plus the family bathroom.
This wonderful house is located about a 10-13 minutes’ walk to the beach with is beach bars/restaurants, which is accessed by crossing over a foot bridge. The house has parking for one car in the driveway and has steps down to the main entrance of the house. The large community pool, with its sun loungers, is located just a short walk from the house. We have never known the pool to be busy!
All in all, this is a beautiful house which would make for a very comfortable holiday.
This beautiful townhouse is located about 8 KM west of Estepona and only about 300 metres from the sea (as the crow flies). The direct views of the Mediterranean are breathtaking and the private garden provides a great environment for you to relax and enjoy the sun whilst taking in those views. The house is at the end of a terrace of houses that were built to mark the building of the Bahia de Casares urbanisation. This means these original properties are built to an impressive standard. The enormous 15m x 13m community pool, with its private garden, is shared only amongst these houses which makes the pool area practically private to you as so few people can use it. The driveway is next to the front door where you find easy car parking. The house is spacious, airy and is exceptionally well furnished throughout to the owners’ very exacting standards. For sightseeing: The house is about 30 minutes drive from Gibraltar “The Rock” with its military history, British style and duty free prices. Further afield you have Seville, with its historic centre and home to the Expo’ 92 – many of the pavilions still survive showcasing their country’s culture and design, and Granada boasts the world famous Alhambra and Generlife gardens – a real must see! Excursions can be organised with Time in Spain Holidays via our offices in Estepona marina, or on-line. Locally you have the marina of Puerto de la Duquesa, which is about 7 or 8 minutes drive. A supermarket is about 4 minutes by car from the house

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
To secure the reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card. The balance is to be paid 6 weeks before arrival. Bu special agreement, we can also accept cash for the balance, but only to a maximum of 1000€ per adult named in the confirmation. We do NOT accept 500€ notes under any circumstances. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damage or breakage (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:30PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement; however, all payments will need to be made in advance.
