A modern fully air-conditioned spacious family villa, which has been decorated with exceptionally good taste and is one of our top holiday homes. It has been designed to a very high standard and the large beautifully presented rooms reflect this. This villa is truely Marbella style with its top standard furnishings throughout the house. The main house is built over three levels and has four bedrooms which sleeps eight guests in total comfort. As an extra, there is a separate self contained studio apartment located to the back of the garden and will sleep an additional two guests. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor. One bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom and the other two bedrooms share another large bathroom. The master bedroom is located on the top level with a large en-suite bathroom, an extra room for storage and access to a private terrace. A fifth bedroom is located in the lower level of the villa next to the games room and has no window. The entire property has a total of six bedrooms for up to twelve guests. The living room has a fireplace, no TV, a dining area and access to a beautiful patio. The lower level of the villa has a flat screen with international TV including full British television including Sky channels. A high speed fibre optic internet connection is also available throughout the house. There is also a table tennis and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Terrace doors lead directly onto the private garden. Outside, the private swimming pool is kidney shaped and has a walk in shallow end, which is ideal for children and those not too steady on their feet. It is also fenced to add security if you have younger children. This is surrounded by beautiful gardens designed to give a tropical feeling. As a bonus for children, there is a swing and a slide area. In the garden you will also find a beautiful, covered charcoaled BBQ area with a dining table and sink. The house also boasts a large driveway with space for around three cars and additional parking on the street.
This wonderful villa is located in El Rosario in Marbella – just a short drive away from Puerto Banus and the center of Marbella. The villa is on a private gated road, just behind the entrance to the Los Granados tennis club. El Rosario is a short distance away from other popular urbanisations such as Las Chapas. This part of the coast line provides some of the best clean sandy beaches that the Costa del Sol has to offer. There are four or five good restaurants located about 200 meters away from the house and a Supermarket for groceries. From there you can cross via a foot bridge the main road and you will find many other restaurants. The beach lies in 15 minute walking distance. The nearby tennis club offers three tennis courts and two padel courts.

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
