This well appointed and stylish two bedroom apartment, located in Estepona port offers great accommodation for a family holiday on the Costa del Sol. You have a good sized en-suite master bedroom with a comfortable king size bed plus an en-suite twin bedroom with a lovely sun room next to it. The property has independent air conditioning units in both bedrooms for cooling and heating however the living room only has portable electric fans. A stylish open plan kitchen with an island has all the mod cons for your holiday. The master bathroom offers a bath with over-head shower, WC and sink. Within the comfortable lounge-diner you’ll find seating for four and a dining area for six guests. There are several international TV channels including Sky and a high speed internet access via Wifi. Outside on the balcony, with amazing sea and marina views, is a dining table for four guests and relaxer seating also for four. Just outside the apartment building there is a large community swimming pool with children's pool that is open all year round. The property does include a private parking space in the community garage for your use. All in all, a great base for a memorable family holiday in Estepona.

Location

The apartment is located in a popular seafront building known as Puerto Estepona. Parking is located underneath the building and is accessed via a remote control (for medium and small cars only). The port of Estepona is one of the two main centres when visiting Estepona. Here you can find many bars, restaurants, two supermarkets and activities like boat trips and excursions. The bull ring is located closeby and has a free museum inside. Town centre is located only a 15 minutes walk along the seafront. Here you will find many restaurants, bars and pretty streets which have recently been pedestrianised to provide an easy area to stroll and enjoy the beauty of the houses and flowers. The largest Orcidarium in Europe was opened and makes for an interesting place to visit. The town remains very Andaluz however it is very open to tourism. Estepona is also known as the Jardin de la Costa del Sol (Garden of the Costa del Sol). The main town remains very Spanish with its associated traditions and festivals. Head for the Plaza de las Flores and have a coffee and watch the world go by. Estepona is a great location enjoy the Spanish ambience while being central for visiting many historic places of interest by coach or car. Consider the old centre of Malaga, Granada with the Alhambra and Generalife gardens, or Gibraltar with its British style and international mix.

Price Notes:

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.

Payment and Booking Terms

To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
