A spacious and bright two bedroom apartment located a few minutes walk from the beach, next to Estepona port. This lovely holiday accommodation has a spacious living room with a new central air conditioning system and comfortable sofas where you can relax. A smart TV with a wide variety of national and international channels including Sky is also available. Located on a first floor, it provides a high speed fiber optic internet connection. On one side of the living room, we find an elegant dining table for four guests. The living room opens onto the balcony, which provides plenty of light to the interior of the property. The south-east facing balcony has a set of dining table with four chairs perfect for an al fresco meal and offers views over the community pool, garden and sea views and lighthouse. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances plus a small laundry room. The property is decorated in a modern concept and offers two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, air conditioning and access to the balcony. It has an en-suite bathroom equipped with bath and overhead shower, while the second bedroom offers two single beds and makes use of the separate family bathroom with a shower cubicle. The "El Faro" urbanisation is a discreet community perfectly located between the marina and Estepona old town. Location

This first floor apartment is located close to Estepona port in an ideal location with restaurants, supermarkets, bars, cafes and shops. A popular beachfront urbanisation called El Faro. Estepona town is a medium sized town located on the Mediterranean coast, just below the stunning Sierra Nevada mountain range. Originally, Estepona’s income was from fishing, however, it has now branched out into tourism and provides a multitude of sandy beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and yet still maintains it’s original Spanish feel. The sea front provides miles of glorious beaches whilst the town is beautifully maintained with tree lined streets, spectacular plants, many parks and open spaces and water fountains on almost every corner. Just a few minutes drive from Estepona you will find yourself within the naturally beautiful countryside of Andalusia. Imagine olive groves, vineyards and you have captured some of the surrounding villages such as Manilva, with its grapevines as far as the eye can see; or Casares with its olive groves. Head up into the Sierra Bermeja Mountains and see cork-trees that actually line the roads. Altogether it is an ideal base for a memorable family holiday.

Price Notes:

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.

Payment and Booking Terms

To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
