This spacious, modern and stylish two-bedroom penthouse apartment overlooks the marina of Estepona. It offers a large master bedroom with a king size bed (160x200cm) and en-suite modern shower room, plus a second bedroom with a double bed (135x190cm) with access to the family shower room. The apartment sleeps four people in comfort. The master bedroom has bedside USB ports for charging your phone and the second bedroom a desk if you need to work. In the open plan lounge/diner, with its leather sofas seating five, there is British TV, Spanish and international channels available on the smart flatscreen TV (adjustable position). Fibre optic internet (via Wifi) is also provided for your use in the apartment and roof terrace. The dining table extends to accommodate four people. The lounge accesses the balcony where there is a comfortable dining area for four guests and views over the pool and marina, plus two relaxer chairs. A sun awning keeps the area shaded in the summer months, if needed. Centralised air conditioning is available in the whole apartment, which is controlled from the lounge. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch integrated appliances, including a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, induction electric hob and fridge/freezer, plus plenty of utensils and cooking pots. From the kitchen there is access to the large private roof terrace via a spiral-staircase. The roof garden offers dining table for six, BBQ, sun loungers and comfortable seating. Underground secure car parking for a small car is also included. The community swimming pool and gardens offer views over the harbour. This holiday apartment, being only a five to six minute walk from the harbour, it is an ideal place to stay for a wonderful break in Estepona.
This lovely apartment is located only a five or six minute walk from the entrance of Estepona port, with its supermarkets, plenty of bars and restaurants and some night life. There are also lots of cafés available and an ice cream parlour. A Sunday morning market is held in the marina each week. The larger Wednesday market is just a few minutes up the hill. Car hire in this apartment is definitely not required due to its excellent location. The apartment is also very close to Playa del Cristo, with its soft sand, shallow waters and beach-restaurants - ideal for children. Playa la Rada with its chiringuito beach bars is the other side of the marina and is also easily accessed. Closeby you’ll find bus stops (with buses to Marbella) and the taxi rank. The holiday apartment is about a 12 - 14 minute walk from the old town, with its pretty streets and traditional Spanish charm. In the old town, you'll find the main post office and various banks. There are also two cash machines in the marina if you need them.

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after midday when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
