This lovely third floor apartment, perfect for families or couples who wish to spend their holiday next to the beach, close to the town centre. The property is just across the road from the port and it is located in the popular complex of Mirador del Puerto. There is a large convenient Carrefour supermarket next door to the apartment entrance. The property has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room/lounge area, a fully fitted kitchen and a south facing balcony with amazing sea views. A high speed fiber optic Wifi connection and centralised air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. The bathroom comes with a bathtub and over-head shower, WC, sink and bidet. The lovely balcony area has a set of table and chairs for four guests ready to enjoy the morning and afternoon sun. The lounge has a dining table and seating also for four guests plus an international TV package including Sky for the flat screen. This modern property is located at the Mirador del Puerto urbanisation just outside the entrance Estepona's marina within a few minutes' walk to supermarkets, bars, cafes and great restaurants. The apartment is about 100 meters from the local bus stops and a little further to a 24 hour taxi rank. There is a bull ring nearby which you can visit for free during opening times. The bull ring now plays host to various museums and a flea market. They do still have the occasional bull fight (once a year). Reinaldo's is a very popular café-bar open every day with its popular happy hour at 8pm daily. There is a huge selection of restaurants offering cuisine from all over the world. A pleasurable 15 minute stroll along the seafront takes you into the town centre where it comes alive with small friendly Spanish bars and restaurants amongst the now pedestrianised pretty streets, lined with colourful planting and a flowerpot just about everywhere you look! Estepona is a medium sized town located on the Mediterranean coast, just below the stunning Sierra Nevada mountain range. Originally, Estepona’s income was from fishing, however, it has now branched out into family tourism and provides lovely of sandy beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and yet it still maintains its original Spanish feel. The sea front provides miles of glorious beaches whilst the town is beautifully maintained with tree lined streets, spectacular plants, many parks and open spaces and water fountains on almost every corner! Just a few minutes’ drive from Estepona you will find yourself within the naturally beautiful countryside of Andalusia. Imagine olive groves, vineyards and you have captured some of the surrounding villages like Manilva, with its grapevines as far as the eye can see; or Casares with its olive groves. Head up into the Sierra Bermeja Mountains and see cork-trees that actually line the roads. Altogether it is an ideal base for a memorable family holiday on the Costa del Sol.

Price Notes:

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.

Payment and Booking Terms

To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
