This spacious private holiday villa has four bedrooms and provides comfortable accommodation for eight guests. The house has independant air conditioning in each bedroom, as well as the lounge area. The outside area is mainly laid to lawns, which surrounds the house with several fruit trees. Via the large sliding gate, you will find parking for up to two cars. To get to the level of the house there is a flight of about 15 stairs. Once inside the villa, you’ll notice that the property is split over two levels. On the ground floor is a large kitchen with a back door to the gardens, a lounge with a flat screen TV with multiple several languages including Sky and a dining area. A high speed fiber optic internet connection is also available throughout the house. This leads out onto a large terrace with seating for up to eight guests and a charcoal barbeque area to the side of the terrace. There are great views over the Mediterranean Sea and Gibraltar from this area. On this same level, there is a king size bed with an en-suite bathroom and a separate cloak room. Going upstairs you will find a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a master bedroom with a king size bed plus a large balcony with fantastic views. There is also a fourth smaller bedroom with a sofa bed which can be converted into a very comfortable double bed. This room also leads out onto the large balcony that is shared with the master bedroom. For relaxing, there are eight sunloungers around the property for your use. The house has a security alarm system and a safe in the living room. Do note that this private villa does not have a swimming pool.
This family villa is located in the much sought after area of Seghers in Estepona. This is a very popular area when visiting Estepona due to its position and the quality of the properties in the area. Seghers is close to the town with its shops, restaurants and bars and of course the beach. It is also renowned as being one of the most beautiful and more exclusive areas of the town. The surrounding neighbourhood is kept to a very high standard and the location is quiet and peaceful. Seghers is located on a hillside and although the beaches and the shops are not too far away, you may find the walk back a little steep! The nearest beach (and probably one of the best in Estepona) is about a 7 minutes’ walk. The popular marina of Estepona is about the same distance - many bars, restaurants and much of the night life is to be found there. The centre of the old town is a further 20 minutes walk along the landscaped seafront (or paseo) of Estepona. Estepona is an excellent location when visiting the Costa del Sol - whilst it is growing in size and popularity, much of the Spanish village charm still remains as the local government are happy to provide beautiful gardens and plants throughout the area. The location is also good for those who wish to explore the Costa del Sol and Andalucía as you are more or less in the centre of everything. Seville, Granada, Cordoba and Gibraltar are all in easy reach as a day trip.

Bedroom Features:
Four bedrooms. On the top floor you have a master bedroom with a king size bed. Second bedroom is an en-suite twin bedroom with two single beds and the third bedroom has a sofa bed that folds into a double. On the ground floor you have an en-suite king size bedroom.
Bathroom Features:
Three bathrooms. The top floor en-suite twin bedroom has a shower cabin, WC and sink and a family bathroom with bath with over head shower, WC and sink. The ground floor en-suite bedroom has a shower cabin, WC and sink. A cloak room with WC and sink next to the kitchen.
In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
