A lovely family rural villa with stunning countryside views, located in the residential area known as Forest Hills, at the foot of the Sierra Bermeja Mountain range. The villa benefits from beautiful views of the mountains and its natural surroundings as well as distant sea views. Thanks to its elevation you can see the African coast on the clearest days. This, together with the tranquillity and privacy of the community give the property a very relaxed atmosphere. The villa consists of three different levels and includes on-street and off-street parking, alarm system and individual air conditioning units in the bedrooms and the living room. Through the main entrance of the villa there is access down to the spacious and bright living room with a dining table for six guests. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa and a large flat screen TV with a multitude of national and international channels including Sky and has access to the outdoor terrace through which you can enjoy beautiful views of the coast. On the same level is the spacious kitchen, fitted with all appliances and a breakfast bar for three guests which also offers access to the gardens/terrace. The property has four bedrooms: On the ground floor we find the master bedroom with a super king size bed and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a bathtub with overhead shower, toilet and hand-basin. In addition, the house has a guest cloakroom with toilet and hand-basin also on this same floor. Via the stairs you can access the first floor where you will find two bedrooms one equipped with two single beds, and the other with a double bed, both have fitted wardrobes. Also, there is a family bathroom equipped with a shower, hand-basin, toilet and bidet. One level up is the suite, with a king size bed and comfortable sofa seating; This room has beautiful views of the mountains and the sea. Off the kitchen, the large terrace facing south offers beautiful views of the sea and the coast of Africa on days with better visibility. The terrace has an outdoor seating area and an outdoor dining table with space for six guests. The fantastic private pool is located on the lower level to the west side of the house, which provides sun throughout the day and afternoon. Part of its terrace is partially covered to provide shade on summer days, offers beautiful views creating an inviting and relaxing ambience. Due to the nature of this house, there are a lot of interior and exterior steps. Do bear this in mind in case of any mobility issues (please check with us if in any doubt). The property is located less than 15 minutes by car from Estepona town. The closest beach, with its beach bar is about a 10 minute drive. If you are looking for a family holiday near the sea in a quiet environment then this villa is the perfect option.
This villa is located in the urbanisation of Forest Hills where the neighbourhood comprises of large quality villas in beautiful Andalucian countryside. The villa is conveniently only a short distance to the sea and close to the public Estepona tennis club. The nearest beach is Playa del Padron. Otherwise the whole of the coast is one long beach so you can just pick your own spot. A car is necessary in our opinion, Everything you could want is close to hand but you really need a car to get there. The closest supermarket is ALDI, located around 2 Km from the community. The large hypermarket of Carrefour is also about 4 Km away. A tennis club where you can hire a tennis court at low-cost prices and use the club swimming pool facilities is also available nearby. The Andalucian centre for horse training is also close by where you can stroll around the stabled horses, take in a horse show or use the restaurant/bar while watching the jumping. On the opposite side of the road to the villa there is a grocery where you can buy fresh bread. This property is in a good location for all that the Costa del Sol has to offer. Puerto Banus is about a 15 minute drive away. Estepona town is a pretty place to stroll around with its many bars and restaurants and brand new beach front promenade.

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
