This fantastic penthouse apartment provides comfortable holiday accommodation for up to four guests. The property is fully air conditioned via a central system and also provides ceiling fans. It has two bedrooms and the master bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with bath and over-head shower and plenty of storage space in its built-in wardrobes. The second bedroom has two single beds and is also equipped with a built-in cupboard for storage. There is a family bathroom with bath and over-head shower just outside the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod-cons and opens onto the spacious and bright lounge area with comfortable seating with a flatscreen TV and international channels including Sky along with a high speed Wifi connection. The apartment opens onto a large balcony with extra seating area and an “al fresco” dining area. There is also access to the balcony from the master bedroom. Facing south-east, the large balcony area offers stunning sea views, mountains and golf courses. The urbanisation provides well maintained and spacious community gardens with a large swimming pool open from April until October. Please keep in mind that the building does not have a lift/elevator and pets are not allowed. Plenty of street parking is available just outside the community grounds. All in all, a lovely property for a relaxed holiday in a quiet environment.
This property is located just five minutes inland from the beach within the Estepona Golf area. The community of "Los Pintores" is a nice development located in a tranquil road front line Golf. Its wonderfully located only a few meters away from the club house in the golf club where there is a bar and a restaurant area. The area has the advantage of an elevated position providing superb views of the sea, mountains and the Estepona golf course. The beach is about three kilometers inland from the house and about four kilometers away from the marina of Estepona and the old town.

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
