This beautifully presented family villa in Estepona, located within a short drive of the beach, is the perfect location for families who are looking for a high-quality property which ticks all the boxes for its facilities. The entire property is presented to a very high standard. Once inside the electric gates, you will find yourself in the well maintained garden with its inviting private pool (salt water) and variety of tropical and Mediterranean plants. You may also park in the driveway (up to two cars) or on the main road. Walking up the rustic style steps, you’ll come to the main door to the house. From here, you have access to the very comfortable relaxing/living room with quality seating for six guests. The lounge area is fully air conditioned and offers plenty of international TV channels plus films and series, located to the side of the room. The villa also provides a high speed fibre optic connection throughout the house. On the other side of the room is the fully fitted kitchen with the latest model appliances. The lounge area leads to a covered terrace with views to the gardens and sea and an extra dining area with seating for six guests. On this floor, you’ll find a cloakroom with toilet and hand basin. There are three bedrooms and three bath/shower rooms in this family villa. The master bedroom is located on the first floor and offers a huge super king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with hand basin, toilet, shower cubicle and a huge modern bathtub. The air-conditioned bedroom has lovely views to the sea. On the top floor there is a twin bedroom with two single beds, air-conditioning with a small balcony and a third bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning. On this floor there is the family shower room. The top floor offers a lovely roof terrace/solarium with relaxing seating for up to eight guests and panoramic views to the mountains and sea. On the ground floor, with access to the pool and gardens, you’ll find the second lounge area with comfortable seating for six guests and a larger television system - the second lounge area is NOT air-conditioned. There is also the third shower room with shower, toilet and hand basin on the ground floor. On level you have the laundry room and a separate small kitchen with cooking hob, pantry, washing machine, dishwasher and plates/glasses etc. Next to the pool, you have an outside dining area for six and a few sun loungers. For your security, this villa has an alarm conected to a security company. All in all, a fantastic holiday home.
This fantastic family villa is found in the urbanisation of “Valle Romano”, which is about 2.5 Km inland from the beaches and about 3 Km away from Estepona port and 4 Km from Estepona town. Valle Romano has its own golf club and clubhouse. The house faces south-west which means the sun is on the swimming pool all day long. Estepona is a popular resort with an authentic Spanish feel that has managed to retain its charm with its cobbled, flower-lined streets, traditional squares and tapas bars. Estepona town hall is very keen to spend money on lots of pretty plants and flowers all over the town regardless of season. You’ll often hear how pretty the town is kept. There is the new orchid centre that you can visit, located on La Terraza. You’ll find lots of traditional restaurants, bars and shops in the old town and the night life is mainly in the port area. It is easy to order taxis to and from the house.

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
