This lovely, stylish holiday apartment is located in a modern and recently built complex in the centre of the family resort of Estepona, on the Costa del Sol. It is a spacious and fully air-conditioned apartment offering two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with a walk-in shower), providing very comfortable accommodation for up to four guests. Being located in the centre of the town, right next to the new town hall, it is very close to some restaurants, bars, cafes and supermarkets. Within the apartment, you’ll find an en-suite master bedroom with a comfortable super king-size bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. The kitchen is bright and open, which is fully equipped with all the appliances you could need for your holiday in Estepona. The tastefully decorated lounge has a Smart TV offering international channels such as British/German etc and a fibre optic high speed internet connection. The balcony, accessed via the lounge, faces north-east and has charming views over the town and the Sierra Bermeja mountain range. The holiday apartment includes a private parking space in the underground garage, which has access directly to the floor of the apartment. Within the urbanisation you’ll find an amazing rooftop infinity swimming pool with sun loungers and lovely sea views across the town towards the Mediterranean. Location

This fifth floor apartment is located in Estepona town in an ideal location with restaurants, supermarkets, bars and cafes in a popular newly built urbanisation called Infinity. Estepona town is a medium sized town located on the Mediterranean coast, just below the stunning Sierra Nevada mountain range. Originally, Estepona’s income was from fishing, however, it has now branched out into tourism and provides a multitude of sandy beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and yet still maintains it’s original Spanish feel. The sea front provides miles of glorious beaches whilst the town is beautifully maintained with tree lined streets, spectacular plants, many parks and open spaces and water fountains on almost every corner. Just a few minutes drive from Estepona you will find yourself within the naturally beautiful countryside of Andalusia. Imagine olive groves, vineyards and you have captured some of the surrounding villages such as Manilva, with its grapevines as far as the eye can see; or Casares with its olive groves. Head up into the Sierra Bermeja Mountains and see cork-trees that actually line the roads. Altogether an ideal base for a memorable family holiday.

Price Notes:

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.

Payment and Booking Terms

To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
