A charming, renovated and modern property with two bedrooms and a bathroom located in the centre of Estepona right next to the Orchidarium. This centrally located apartment has a bright master bedroom equipped with a super king size bed (180x190cm) and a second bedroom with a king size bed (160x190cm), offering comfortable accommodation for up to four guests. A renovated, modern family bathroom fitted with a spacious shower cubicle, WC and sink. The new open kitchen in this property opens onto the living room and is very well equipped with quality appliances and everything you may need for your holiday. The bright living room has a dining table with space for four guests and the lounge area with seating for four. The lounge is equipped with a large flatscreen Smart TV with international channels including Sky along with a high speed fibre optic internet connection. All bedrooms and living room have independent air con units for cooling and heating. From the living room, we have access to the small south-east facing balcony, which has outdoor seating for two guests and lovely views of the famous Orchidiarium (Estepona Orchids’ House) and its gardens and park. Please note that the building does not have an elevator/lift and street parking might be difficult in this area however there is an underground parking just 300 meters from the property and only costs one euro per day. Due to the excellent location of this apartment, we find many cafes, bars, restaurants and supermarkets within a short walk. The beach is approximately a 10 minute walk, making this apartment the perfect option for your holiday in Estepona old town.

Location

This modern two bedroom apartment is located in the town centre of Estepona, facing the famous Orchidiarium of Estepona (Orchid House). There is an underground car park around 300 metres from the property in the famous Antonia Guerrero Square, better known by the locals as Plaza del Huevo, adjacent to this square you will find one of the main shopping streets of Estepona, Calle Terraza, from which you can walk to the famous Orchidarium of Estepona. The old town of Estepona, with its narrow streets decorated with traditional geranium pots, is well worth a visit. The main beach of Estepona and the closest to the apartment, Playa de la Rada is approximately a 10 minute walk, considered one of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol, you may also choose Playa del Cristo, just a five minute drive. Walking along the lovely Paseo Marítimo you can reach the busy Puerto Deportivo de Estepona, famous for its bars, pubs and restaurants.

Price Notes:

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.

Payment and Booking Terms

To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
