From the kitchen, you walk into the spacious lounge/dining area with a comfortable sofa corner and flat-screen TV with international channels including Sky. The property provides a centralised air-conditioning system and from the living area you walk out onto a lovely spacious patio terrace with plenty of seating to have a drink or dine alfresco next to the private plunge pool. On the left of the living room you find the twin room with en-suite bathroom, this room also walks out onto the terrace. The urbanisation is in a great location just outside the town centre of Estepona on the New Golden mile, just next to the famous 5-star Kempinski hotel. Close by you also find Laguna Village (works together with Puro Beach), a horse riding school, paintball, Estepona town is walk-able via the new seafront promenade. You can discover many fantastic Spanish chiringuitos on the way. Bahía de la Plata is without a doubt unique on the Costa del Sol. Its 257 apartments lie on a lavish secluded setting where the green areas are continued by the sand of the beach. The tropical gardens together with the beach create a magnificent landscape where the pool fades out to the sea´s infinity.

Bathroom Features:
Two bathrooms. The en-suite master bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, double hand basin and WC. The en-suite twin room has a shower cabin, hand basin and WC.
In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
