A modern and spacious apartment located on the popular Costalita del mar complex on the beach-side of the Cancelada exit. It provides a relaxing family environment for those looking to enjoy a holiday in between popular towns such as Estepona and Marbella/Puerto Banus. The apartment, located on a second floor benefits from an en-suite double bedroom with a further twin bedroom that share a family bathroom. There is a good sized terrace with a dining area for up to six guests that overlooks the tropical and Mediterranean gardens surrounding the large community swimming pool. This apartment is fully air-conditioned for a comfortable stay and the lounge provides several international channels plus Sky channels and a fibre optic high speed internet connection. Films and series are also available in several languages. The lounge provides a sofa bed for a fifth guest, a dining area for up to six guests and a fully fitted kitchen with an extra laundry room. The property also offers a private parking space (for a small or medium size car) in an underground communal garage along with extra storage if needed. There is also plenty of street parking around the urbanisation. Costalita del mar is a modern and well maintained complex with gardens that have streams running through them and a small lake at one end. There are lovely walkways through the gardens, which take you down to the waterfront and beach. As an added benefit, there is 24 hour security and the development is gated. A great location for a great holiday.
Costalita del Mar is a popular urbanisation well known for its beautifully maintained gardens, with plenty of palm trees and colourfull mediteranean flowers. It is very well located on the beach-side of the Cancelada exit of the A7 road between Estepona and San Pedro de Alcantara. There are two large communal swimming pool with plenty of communal sunloungers for your use. A short walk to the beach where you can find numerous bars and restaurants and supermarkets located on the other side of the main road. Several charming towns such as Estepona and San Pedro de Alcantara are only a short drive away and of course, Marbella and Puerto Banus with its busy nightlife, high end shops and gourmet restaurants.

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
