An amazing and reformed three bedroom apartment. All new appliances, freshly painted and new central air-conditioning has been fitted throughout and they can be independently operated in each bedroom and living room. It has a modern and inviting look with fantastic east and south facing views. A comfortable property for family or friends to enjoy the beach, Spanish culture and great restaurants. The community provides private parking and there is a lift that goes up to the fourth floor. You will feel overwhelmed walking around the corner when stepping out of the lift and see how bright the property is and how amazing the views are. You have sea views from almost every corner of this property. When entering - you walk into a spacious hallway into the living room, a good size closed terrace, and the property provides a 40" LED flatscreen. The master bedroom has amazing sea views, the twin room is east facing and then there is a third room that can function as a bedroom, a study, office or an extra space to relax. The property has a fast fibre optic line and several British TV channels such as Sky Sports. The third room walks out onto the east facing terrace where you will have morning sun, from this second closed terrace you can walk round into the kitchen with a practical breakfast space. We definitely recommend this property for families that wish to stay near the beach, centre and Estepona port. Please note that this community does not provide a swimming pool.
Located almost on the beach of Estepona, only a three minute walking from Estepona port, a great location with supermarkets nearby, bars, markets and shops all around. A 10/15 minute walk to Estepona centre where shops will be open from 09:00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 till 21:00. A 30 minute car drive to Marbella and also Gibraltar is worthwhile to visit (will need a passport for this), we organise excursions to Gibraltar and Morroco. Please call our office if you wish more information on our available excursions: Cordoba/Seville/Granada/Jerez or Malaga - Estepona is a definite recommendation.

Three bedrooms. Master bedroom has a king size bed, second bedroom is a twin and the third bedroom has a single bed.

Two bathrooms. Family bathroom with bath, over head shower, toilet and sink and a second family bathroom with seperate shower, toilet and sink.
In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
