This spacious one bedroom apartment provides comfortable surroundings for those who want a lot of space. A good sized apartment with side views out to sea with a table and a couple of chairs to sit during the morning sun. A double bed with direct access to a small terrace with two sun loungers. The lounge area provides a comfortable sofa with a dining area for up to four guests. The apartment is fully air conditioned throughout. There is an extensive TV package including most Sky TV English channels with programs in many other languages also including Danish, French, German, Spanish, Russian plus a few more. There is also a high speed fibre optic connection. A family bathroom with bath and overhead shower is accessed from the hallway. There is a lift to all floors. There are two swimming pools and access to the to the beach with a key via the urbanisation. This apartment offers good value for money in a quiet central location for two guests looking to stay within easy walking distance to many amenities. A car is not needed however the property includes private parking in a secure communal garage.
This apartment is located on the fourth floor of Marina Bay which is about a five minute walk from Estepona port and faces East. This location benefits from being within easy walking to shops, bars restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment has a side view of the sea and Estepona port is one of the main locations that people head for when taking a holiday in Estepona due to its close proximity to many restaurants, supermarkets, bars, nightclubs, beaches, coffee shops etc. For those with young children, the nearby Playa del Cristo with its beach bars offers shallow water, small waves, a sandy beach and a great place for children to make friends. Estepona town is easily walked to from the harbour.

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
