This very well presented, modern family three bedroom apartment is located in the Puerto Alto urbanisation, just a few minutes’ walk to the marina of Estepona. It offers three air-conditioned bedrooms: The en-suite master bedroom with king size bed, a twin bedroom offering two single beds and a children’s bedroom with a bunk-bed ideally for two infants. The modern size lounge dinner has comfortable sofa seating for six and a dining area with table and seating for six. There is a flat screen television with international channels such as Sky and videos on demand for free and also high speed internet access via fibre optic. From the lounge you can walk out of the ample balcony with its views to the entrance of Estepona port and al-fresco dining for six guests. The fully fitted kitchen offers all mod cons with fridge freezer, oven, hob and dishwasher. The en-suite bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, hand basin and lavatory. The family shower room has a shower enclosure, hand basin and lavatory. Both bathrooms are presented in a modern style. All in all, this is a great apartment for families wanting to be near to the harbour with its supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and bars and also close to the two beaches of Playa la Rada and Playa del Cristo.
The Puerto Alto urbanisation is located just a few minutes’ walk from the entrance to the port of Estepona, with its bars, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Just outside the gated community there is a bus stop and you’ll find a taxi rank just a few minutes’ more away. The location of this family apartment makes it ideal for exploring Andalucia as it is possible for day trips to the famous cities of Granada (and the Alhambra Palace), Seville, and Cordoba. Gibraltar is also just 35 minutes drive away (don’t forget your passports!). This property is located very close to the beaches of Playa del Cristo and Playa la Rada – Two blue flagged beaches with shallow waters ideal for children. A walk to the centre of the old town, with its quaint squares and flower lined streets, would take about 17-20 minutes – head to the heart of the town “Plaza de las Flores” with its cafes and ice cream parlours!

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
