This lovely two bedroom holiday apartment is located within a short walk from Estepona marina. An easy reach to two supermarkets, numerous cafes, bars and restaurants and it offers a central air conditioned system, two bedrooms and two bath/shower rooms. The master bedroom provides a comfortable double bed (135x185 cm), wardrobe space and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds and access to the family shower room. The lounge, with access to the balcony, has an international television system, high speed fiber optic internet, comfortable seating and a dining area for four guests. Next to the lounge is the fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer and all the necessary items for your holiday. You have further access to the balcony, with its views over town towards the Mediterranean Sea and a comfortable relaxing seating area for four with a coffee table. An extra dining table for four is located in the kitchen and can be moved to the balcony for al-fresco dining. There is a fenced communal swimming pool with separate children s swimming pool within the urbanisation for your use during your holidays. Please note that the swimming pool area is only a short walk from the apartment. A car is not necessary but there is a private parking space in the secure underground car park if needed. All in all, a great family holiday apartment.
This property is located in Puerto Blanco, a well known urbanisation in a pleasant residential area of Estepona. It is only a 10 minute walk from the beach next to Estepona marina and only 15 minutes from the town´s centre where you can find local commercial areas and spanish style tapas bars and restaurants. There are several supermarkets around the complex such as SuperCor and SuperSol, all within walking distance from the property. Estepona marina has a variety of restaurants and bars available and a beautiful promenade by the beach where you can take long walks, rollerblade or hire bicycles for the family. It is a 25 minute drive from opulent Marbella and Puerto Banús, where you can find more sophisticated restaurants, high end shops and an extravagant night life.

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
