The apartment is on the top floor of the popular Puerto Estepona apartments. It has great views directly out to sea and a large private roof top garden, which is equipped for relaxation in the sun. There is a large community swimming pool with a separate kids pool, communal landscaped gardens and easy secure parking for a small car (something, which is near impossible to find during peak season). The penthouse comprises of an air conditioned lounge/dining room with full British TV including Sky and several international channels, films and series, radio/CD and DVD player plus a high speed Wifi connection. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. One of the most common remarks we get from guests is "how well equipped the apartment is". The balcony has table with four chairs and comfortable loungers. The twin bedroom has a bathroom opposite whilst the double room is en-suite. The roof top garden is exclusive to the apartment. It is equipped with sun loungers, a variety of plants, dining area and gas powered barbecue. This is accessed via external steps from the apartment. The whole apartment is fully air-conditioned with an efficient and modern system. All in all, a great holiday home!
This lovely apartment is located only a five or six minute walk from the entrance of Estepona port, with its supermarkets, various bars and restaurants. The apartment is also very close to Playa del Cristo, with its soft sand, shallow waters and beach-restaurants - ideal for children. Estepona marina is about a 12 - 14 minute walk from the old town, with its pretty streets and traditional Spanish charm. In the old town, you'll find the main post office and various banks. There are also two cash machines in the marina if you need them. Car hire in this apartment is definitely not required due to its excellent location.

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or conditions.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
