Apartment Mika is located on the fourth floor and is a spacious two bedroom apartment, located right in the heart of Estepona marina is close to shops, restaurants, bars and two blue flag beaches (Playa del Cristo and Playa la Rada). A car is definitively not required when staying here!
It offers two air-conditioned twin bedrooms and a large bathroom with bath (with overhead shower), hand basin and lavatory. There are two comfortable single beds in each bedroom. The beds in the second bedroom can be joined together to make a king-size bed if required (please specify at the time of booking).
The lounge area, with direct access to the terrace, has comfortable seating for four and an international television system offering channels in English, French, German and Dutch, plus Scandinavian languages. There is also high speed internet access via fiber optic (with WiFi). You’ll also find a dining area with seating for four just next to the kitchen, which has a handy serving hatch.
The terrace with its wonderful views over the harbour and the Mediterranean Sea, has a dining table and four comfortable chairs for alfresco dining or relaxing.
The kitchen, which is just off the lounge has a fridge freezer, oven with four ring hob, toaster, kettle and ample pots and pans for a self-catering holiday.
Within the urbanisation you have two swimming pools and community parking (on a first come, first served basis).
This is a great family apartment in a good location and ideal for a family holiday in Estepona, here on the Costa del Sol!
Estepona is a medium sized town located on the Mediterranean coast, just below the stunning Sierra Nevada mountain range. Originally, Estepona’s income was from fishing and agriculture, however, it has now branched out into tourism and provides a multitude of sandy beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and yet still maintains it’s original Spanish feel. The sea front provides miles of glorious beaches whilst the town is beautifully maintained with tree lined streets, spectacular plants, many parks and open spaces and water fountains on almost every corner! Just a few minutes drive from Estepona you will find yourself within the naturally beautiful countryside of Andalusia. Imagine olive groves, vineyards and you have captured some of the surrounding villages such as Manilva, with its grapevines as far as the eye can see; or Casares with its olive groves. Head up into the Sierra Bermeja Mountains and see cork-trees that actually line the roads. Altogether it is an ideal base for a memorable family holiday.

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
To secure a reservation, we require a 30% deposit by bank transfer (in Sterling or Euro) or by credit card via our bank’s secure server. The balance is due six weeks before arrival. Security deposit is payable on arrival by credit card - this is returned to the same card within a week of departure, subject to no damages or breakages (e.g. dirty towels due to make-up). Properties should be left clean as they were found and should be handled with respect. All prices are subject to a booking fee. American Express cards are not accepted. A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals from 8:00PM or 50€ for arrivals after midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival. We do have a key safe at our office in the port of Estepona from which you can collect the keys to your property if you prefer. There is no late night fee for this arrangement.
